Using the Pilabarre Trademarks

Our names, slogans and logos help customers identify products that genuinely come from Pilabarre. These guidelines explain how others may refer to our trademarks. They apply to retailers, studios, instructors, partners, members of the press, creators and anyone else who mentions our brand.

What You May Do

Refer to our products by name. Reviewers, journalists, creators and customers may use our trademarks to accurately identify genuine Pilabarre products. For example: “I wore my HOT GIRLS DO PILATES socks to class.” You do not need our permission for this type of reference, and you do not need to use the ® symbol.

Advertise genuine Pilabarre products. Authorized retailers and studios may use our trademarks and approved product images to advertise and resell genuine Pilabarre products purchased directly from us or from an authorized distributor.

How to Use Our Trademarks Correctly

• Use the trademark as a brand, not as a description. For example, write “Pilabarre grip socks,” not “pilabarres” or “a pilabarre.”
• Do not change the trademark. Do not abbreviate, hyphenate, translate, misspell or combine our trademarks with other words, names or logos.
• Keep our logos as they are. Use only official artwork and do not alter the colors, proportions, design or other elements of our logos.
• Use the appropriate trademark symbol where applicable. On the first or most prominent use in marketing materials, use ® for registered trademarks and ™ for pending or unregistered trademarks as identified on this page.
• Provide attribution when appropriate. Materials prominently featuring one of our trademarks should include: “[Mark] is a trademark of Pila-Barre Company.”

What You May Not Do Without Written Permission

• Put our trademarks on products or merchandise. This includes socks, apparel, accessories, phone cases, stickers, prints, printable files, SVG or cut files, and print-on-demand products or listings.
• Use our trademarks in business identifiers. This includes business names, product names, domain names, social media handles and shop names.
• Use confusingly similar marks. Do not use a trademark, slogan, logo or other designation that is confusingly similar to a Pilabarre trademark, including close variations of our slogan marks.
• Suggest a relationship that does not exist. Do not use our trademarks in a manner that suggests Pilabarre sponsors, endorses, approves or is affiliated with you, your studio, event, business or products when no such relationship exists.
• Use our trademarks in misleading or disparaging ways. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with counterfeit, imitation or unauthorized goods.

Permission and Licensing

To request permission to use a Pilabarre trademark beyond the uses described above, email trademarks@pila-barre.com. Please tell us who you are, which trademark you would like to use, and how and where you intend to use it. Permission is granted only in writing and on a case-by-case basis.

Reporting Counterfeits and Trademark Misuse

Pila-Barre Company actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. This may include sending demand letters and reporting infringing or counterfeit listings to marketplaces, social media platforms and other service providers.
